Visa Process

  1. After receiving the offer letter, pay the initial tuition amount.

  2. Start assembling documents needed for the Spanish Type D Student Visa.

  3. Book an appointment at the Spanish Embassy in Islamabad or the Consulate in Karachi.

  4. Present your visa application, including biometrics and financial proof.

  5. The visa decision usually takes between 4 to 8 weeks.

Important documents: passport, photographs, offer letter, proof of tuition payment, bank statement or sponsor letter, proof of accommodation, police certificate, and medical insurance of at least €30,000.

Work During Studies

Students are permitted to work and study simultaneously up to 30 hours/week, and full-time during holiday breaks. The average pay for jobs is between €8 and €12 per hour, depending on the city and type of work.

Post-Study & PR Opportunities

Graduates are eligible for an additional 12-month stay to search for employment, after which they may apply for a work and residence card. After 5 years of continuous residence, they can apply for long-term residency in Spain.
