Visa Process
Obtain your admission letter and pay your first tuition deposit.
Gather your visa documents: passport, acceptance letter, a bank statement showing over €7,000 to cover living expenses, and medical insurance.
Process your application for the Ireland student visa (Type D). This is done via the AVATS online system.
Go to the biometric appointment at the VFS Office. The expected visa decision will take 4 to 8 weeks.
Work & Career Opportunities
Work During Studies
During term time in Ireland, students may work 20 hours per week and work full time during the holidays.
Post-Study & PR Pathways
